Harvest Recast | Week One
Published

Overview
Scripture: Luke 10:1-4
Main Idea:
Jesus sends every believer into the harvest with urgency, compassion, and dependence on God. The problem isn’t a lack of people needing hope—it’s a lack of workers willing to go. Our role is not to save people but to prepare the way for Jesus to meet them.
Key Insight:
The harvest field isn’t somewhere far away—it’s all around us. Every believer has a part to play in loving, serving, and sharing the hope of Christ right where God has placed them.

Closing
Take time to pray together:
- Ask the Holy Spirit to open your eyes to the harvest around you.
- Pray for boldness to step into conversations and opportunities to serve others.
- Ask God to raise up more workers—both in our church and around the world.
- Invite the group to pray over areas where they feel fear, inadequacy, or hesitation in sharing their faith.
- Celebrate the ways God is already using group members in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
